Our organization has operated in Tennessee and the Commonwealth of Kentucky for over a decade. We understand that every person's needs are unique, so we take a compassionate approach to providing services, drawing upon our 40 years of combined relevant experience. We are your navigator through the Home and Community-Based Services (1915c Waiver), Tennessee Strong Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)Program, Supports for Community Living (SCL) and the Michelle P. Waiver serving adults and children living with an intellectual and/or developmental disability.
